I am all about focusing on how you FEEL, who we want to BE, where you are now, and getting clarity on how to get from A to B happily.

I am not here for quick body transformations, I am here to help you finally make the lifestyle transitions that will enable you to get what you want.

Your goals can be achieved by focusing on the process. Not the end goal.

I want you to feel empowered, accountable, knowledgeable, intentional and clear on living a lifestyle you love, in a body you wholeheartedly accept.

Lifestyle Transitions…

The piccy on the left, I had just balled my eyes out because I “felt” so guilty. I had come off of a restrictive diet and headed to Italy and eaten all the bread, pasta and drank all the wine. I was disappointed in myself for not being better. I was angry I had gained weight, despite knowing I wasn’t over weight. It wasn’t the point. I was so frustrated at not knowing how to live in my skin, how to balance, how to treat my body with respect. I talked so much shit to it. I hated every aspect of who I was and what I looked like.

On the right a week into my honeymoon 8 yrs later. I learnt the high waisted bikini bottoms were my fav and the rest is history. Kidding. I spent time changing my self talk, the language I used, learning about nutrition, and how to trust my body and the process and I got honest with myself about what I wanted and who I wanted to be. I finally no longer restricted, binged and yo yo’d all year round.

Take time

In the left pic 2016. I had done a lot of the work. The process of habit, finding consistency and trusting what I was doing, all had fallen into place, but I still had a lot of fear and I still wasn’t living totally how I wanted to all year round.

On the right I found my grove. I found my non negotiables, what works for me, what doesn’t. I found flexibility in my choices, and have total control of the way I live my life. I let the ebs and flows happen working around them, in a body that I truly accept.

Mindset, obstacles & resistance

9/10 clients have come to me trying to get results without learning their start off point. Without assessing their habits, what they even want, why they want it and the resistance to getting it . We spend time getting to know yourself, what you do now, what your obstacles are, so you can enhance and tweak how to clearly get what you want.

Myths V Reality

Now you see where you are at, look at where you want to get to. Is it realistic? Can you make the lifestyle changes and still feel nourished? Get the habits and the process you need to feel as good as you can, and hold yourself accountable. Find focus. Be intentional. Is the lifestyle you want inline with the body you are trying to get? Can we align the two? And do it without losing you soul? We discuss diet culture, the myths that got us into the yoyo trouble and the reality of how to get out.

FAQ

Whats included in the course?

Live zoom calls once per week, video modules to watch weekly, actionable steps and exercises to get you doing the work. A private Facebook group. Personal feedback on homework and exercises set.

Do I have to have Facebook?

Yes as this is where you will share your work, your findings and you will find a community of women going through the same thing as yourself.

What time will the lives be?

The lives will be set between 9 and 11am some weeks and 6 and 8pm others.

How many spaces on the course?

Limited so that it’s intimate and you all get time to ask questions etc

How much is your group coaching?

Coaching is n investment. There will be payment options for everyone. But please know this is not a fitness coaching program for £150 per month for macros and a meal plan that you will do over and over. This is a coaching program that you should only need once.

Will I get any one on one time with you?

I will give you the opportunity to do a 1 on 1 call with me at the end of the course to tackle going forward with the next steps. I will also be on hand the whole course to answer any questions you have in the group and support you throughout the course, but make sure you engage, the community and group is there for you. Its magical.

Is this just for people who want to change their body or lose weight or change their body?

100% not. This is for anyone that feels confused, stuck, unsure of how to make a lifestyle work for them, how to nourish themselves and how to make healthier choices in mind body and soul. Whilst trying to reach aesthetic goals, or not. This is about your well being.

Do I have to track macros and train in the gym alongside?

You do not. But I will be explaining the importance of movement and nourishing you soul and body and what macros are, the importance of them and how to try to implement conscious gentle nutrition. There will be a tracker that you can use to track feels as well as nutrition and training if you so wish.

Will you talk fitness and nutrition or just mindset?

I will focus on it all. Whilst mindset is the biggest factor in all of this, knowing what nutrition and fitness myths are out there and how to make stuff work for you regarding nourishing yourself, is important to your well being.
