A tracker to fill in weekly that will be assessed once per month for a gauge on mood and progress
A monthly 30 min catch up in the gym to talk about how you are doing and feeling.
Once per month form assessment on main lifts so you know you are on the right track with your program.
Fitness pal assessment once per month to help with your general nutrition.
