The 10am-4pm workshop on Sunday 7th Jan, just as we start the new year ahead, will be split in to two halves.The 1st half of the day we will discuss what keeps us from getting the results we want, what fears create self sabotage & what we can really do about it. What methods can we put in place to achieve the things we want (in life) as well as in fitness. We will cover...*What you really think about food, your body, fitness, the gym, people that go to the gym, people that eat healthy, people that don't.*What you really want out of fitness, health, your goals.*What those goals mean to you and what fears stop you from getting them.*Ways to change those beliefs in order to let those new beliefs govern your results. The second half of the day will be real practical advise regarding nutrition, programming, exercise, fitness and the gym....*How to work out your base level fat % set point* Find out if you really need to lose fat 1st or build muscle 1st*How to program your own gym sessions*How to balance eating out, events and indulgences*How to make your journey be a life long one and not just a quick fix*What to eat to cut/maintain/gain muscle*How to adjust your nutrition and your exercise for your goalsWe will finish the day the only way I know how... actually nope... that's a surprise.
