My mission: “I want you to know you can live a life that you want to AND in a body that you accept.”

I love Danni’s approach, she is realistic and focuses on ensuring that we do not lose site of the great things in life all to just get that body that we want. It is about lifestyle changes, and small adaptations in order to reach long term and sustainable goals.

5 Mindset Mistakes I made

When I first started trying to change my mindset, I made a lot of mistakes in the process. Mistakes that were learning curves, but it meant it took me longer to find the shift I needed to make the life I wanted. I share my mistakes with you so you can skip that step and move forward into making changes quicker than I did.

Are you living a life you want in a body you are comfy in?

Take the quiz to see how close you are to living the life you want and what you can tweak to get closer to living your most authentic life in the body you love.

About me

I’m a personal trainer by trade, Wellbeing coach by nature. I’m an actress, a podcaster, writer, co founder of Kettleboobs and Lift Studio. I’m a wife and now newbie mama to our rai bow baby Ori, after having 3 miscarriges within 18 months, and I am a “griefster” after losing my mumsy to cancer in January 2020.

My Mission: I want you to know you can live a life that you want to (even after the toughest times) AND in a body that you accept (even when you think you never will)

Five years ago I was an out of work actress, but mostly a receptionist who hated working for other people. I constantly moaned, worried about all the things, feared food, weight gain, and worst of all, I hated every part of my body and was dissatisfied with most parts of my life.

I now work for myself, have found food freedom and have fallen in love with my life and the body that I am in (no matter the body fat percentage)

Losing my mum hasn’t made me jaded and resentful, in fact the opposite. She taught me to see the magic in the darkest corners of our lives.

So I want to encourage you to live a life you LOVE in a body you are comfortable in.

I want to show you that you can “be well” AND imperfect, have goals AND enjoy food, I want you to know you can live a life that you want to AND in a body that you accept.

I share the ups and downs of my own life, being open and honest about whats hard, whats not and what I have learnt.

Living my best life does not mean I am living my easiest. But I promise you, cancer, grief, heartache, food fears, jobs I didn’t like, people that thought I was “too much” or dreamt too big, didn’t stop me, in fact, it helped push me to where I am now.

I won’t let you stop you either.

Training and fitness.png

I sometimes forget I am a “fitness” person. After spending many years describing my instagram as a fitness insta, it’s evolved into a space for wellbeing chat, body image thoughts and a place for me to share my own vulnerabilities and lifestyle. Of course, I’m a qualified PT, but my soul purpose in life is not to get people body transformations, but for me, I want to help women have lifestyle transitions.

But that is not to say I do not love talking about “fitness” The industry is full of noise and I love nothing more than cutting through the bull shit with eveidence based training and nutrition chat. And a less intimidating look at “fitness” and how we can make it work in our every day lives.
